1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Citricus Digital Agency ("Citricus", "we"), based in São José dos Campos, SP, Brazil, collects, uses and protects the personal data of people who visit the website citricus.agency and use our services and tools. We process personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and, where applicable to visitors from other countries, with local data protection laws.
2. What data we collect
Data you send us. When you fill out our contact and quote forms, you may provide your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, state or region, company name, industry, company size, website address and a description of your project.
Performance test. When you use our free website analysis tool, we collect the website address you enter, your email and phone number, plus the technical results of the analysis (speed scores and public website data such as the sitemap and indexed pages).
Browsing data. Like most websites, we use cookies and tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used: pages visited, traffic source, device type and interactions. This data is collected in aggregate and does not identify you directly.

Contact and quote data is stored for as long as we have an active or potential business relationship, or until you ask us to delete it. Aggregate browsing data follows the standard retention periods of the measurement tools. Data required by law (tax, contractual) is kept for the legally required period.

Under the LGPD, you may at any time request: confirmation that we process your data, access to your data, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about data sharing and withdrawal of consent. Just contact us through the channels below and we will respond within the legal deadlines. If you visit from another country, we honor the equivalent rights under the applicable local law.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to information and vendors with sound security practices. No system is 100% secure, but we take the protection of your data seriously.
